We only use NADCA or GM certified steels and various materials from qualified suppliers. Steel shipments are approved only after reviewing the certifications to ensure the best heats are selected for your tooling. All casting components are stress tempered before final assembly and shipment.

We use of the latest CAD/CAM software coupled with high speed computers to create machining programs for all components of the tool.

Cutter paths for mold cavities can be generated from customer furnished drawings or electronic database of many different formats. We use various quality control methods to ensure accuracy & repeatability. WE use in process checks & CMM to ensure that components are cut to print tolerances.
