You have produced tooling that was delivered on time and had very few modifications that were needed. Gentlemen,

During the past year, your company has built a number of Die Cast and Trim Die tooling with a very high rate of success with quality. I have found that whether you are supplied with a model from our Engineering department or you have to develop the models yourself, the quality of the part has been impeccable. At this writing, there has not been one correction due to any fault of your associates. I have been ordering tooling from various companies for the past 20 years and the number of companies that have given me the accuracy and the quality that Turn Key has given me has been very few.

Along with your quality abilities, I have found that you have delivered the tooling on the completion date as quoted every time. The other item I have found that Turn Key has been very aggressive about is the economical factor of the tooling. Your pricing has not only been competitive, I have found that there is no comparison at all. In the past, most tooling companies have stated that I could not receive tooling that would be built quickly, cost effective and with quality. “If I wanted a tool quickly and with good quality” it would have a high cost, or if I wanted a tool “with low cost and good quality” then the timing would be long. Never the three would be together. Well gentlemen, you are definitely not the norm because you have given me the three every time. Turn Key Tool & Die, Inc. is the exception to this “rule”.

I really enjoy working with your Engineering Department as they have been able to really understand what I look for and want in tooling. They are quick to investigate any potential problems that could arise and inform what corrections are needed for improvements as well as any possibility of failures.

Again let me stress that I really appreciate everything that Turn Key Tool & Die, Inc. has done for us in the past and I look forward to our continued partnership. I truly feel that we have become more than customer/supplier, we are a partnership working toward one goal, Good Quality Parts to our customers, on time and at a fair price.
