Our design engineers work with our customers during all phases of a project to understand their requirements and ensure the highest quality product. All dies are designed in 3D solid model using high-end software. We can receive data in Pro-E, Unigraphics, solidworks, Catia, Autodesk, parasolid, step or IGES format from our customers.

Part modeling with parting lines, draft and radii to enhance castability. We also model parts for castability to increase production efficiencies, reduce scrap and secondary operations.

Our design engineers work with customers to create die designs that will maximize their process window, simplify tool maintenance, facilitate quick die change and ensure interchangeability of die components
